Jinzhiyu Usage Instructions

  • 用量:1000–15000克/吨矿石
  • Dosage: 1,000–15,000 g per ton of ore
  • 堆浸工艺:使用清水将药剂配制成0.03%–0.1%的溶液,并通过喷淋方式均匀喷洒于矿堆表面。
  • Heap Leaching Process: Prepare a solution with a concentration of 0.03%–0.1% using clean water, and apply it by spraying over the ore heap.
  • 搅拌浸出工艺:药剂可配制成10%–15%的溶液加入,也可直接以固体形式加入搅拌槽中。矿浆中药剂浓度一般控制在0.03%–0.1%范围内。
  • Agitation Leaching Process:
    The reagent can be prepared as a 10%–15% solution for addition, or it can be directly added in solid form into the agitation tank.
    The reagent concentration in the slurry is generally controlled within the range of 0.03%–0.1%.

操作流程
Operating Procedure

  • 用量优化:由于矿石成分及pH值存在差异,药剂用量应根据实际矿石条件及实验室试验结果确定,并按比例添加。药剂浓度可采用我公司提供的方法进行检测。
  • Dosage Optimization:Due to variations in ore composition and pH, the reagent dosage should be determined based on actual ore conditions and laboratory test results. The reagent should be added proportionally.
  • pH调节:使用石灰或其他碱性物质调节矿堆或矿浆的碱度,将pH值控制在10–12之间。
  • pH Adjustment:Adjust the alkalinity of the ore heap or slurry using lime or other alkalis, maintaining the pH value at 10–12.
  • 堆浸或池浸:根据试验结果,按最佳浸出浓度配制药剂溶液,并通过喷淋或浸泡方式进行处理。
  • Heap or Tank Leaching:Based on test results, prepare the reagent solution at the optimal leaching concentration and apply it by spraying or soaking.
  • 搅拌浸出:按照试验所确定的最佳工艺条件进行浸出,包括矿浆浓度、药剂浓度以及浸出时间等参数控制。
  • Agitation Leaching:Carry out leaching according to the optimal conditions determined by testing, including slurry concentration, reagent concentration, and leaching time.
  • 浓度控制:在浸出过程中应定期检测药剂浓度,当浓度下降时应及时进行补加,以保持有效浓度水平。
  • Concentration Control:During the leaching process, regularly monitor the reagent concentration. Replenish the reagent promptly when the concentration decreases.
